Goal Coaching - Solo Super Session
This is for you if:
You have an idea about an area that you want to work on, but you're not quite sure what to do next, or how to move forward. You feel pretty confident that you could get results, but you need to talk your ideas through and be supported to form a goal that you can commit to. You may already know a lot about how to set and accomplish goals, but you need some help to translate that knowledge into action!
You will receive:
- 1 x hour virtual coaching session (e.g. through Skype, Google, Facebook, Whatsapp - whatever you've got!)
- 1 x 30 minute follow up session (the timing between sessions is to be determined by you and your specific goal)
- 40-page goal setting and smashing PDF guide
- Printable Goal Planner template for you to fill in
By the end you will:
1. Have set a SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Timely) goal that you feel confident to achieve within the next 3 - 12 months.
2. Have developed your own personal action plan which details specifically what you are going to do to, and when you are going to do it, in order to achieve your goal. achieve your goal.
