At the end of the 15 minutes, we will have worded a goal that is personally meaningful for you, and that you feel confident you can achieve.
How to book your session
1. Sign up at a time that is convenient for you using the calendar below.
2. You will get an email confirmation which has details of how to join the call.
3. Click the link in the email confirmation when it is time for us to chat. No need to download anything and no sign-ups are required. You can use your smartphone, tablet or computer/mac and you can choose to have the video on or off, whatever is comfortable for you.
4. After the call, I will email you with your brand new goal and I will ask if we can keep in touch and you can tell me how you are progressing.
