This guided meditation will help you take a micro break to refresh, relax and rejuvenate. We're also going to set a challenge for the day to try and crush our inner critic. That is the nagging, whining voice in our head that tells us we're not good enough,
Everyone has one and it is never satisfied. You could find the cure for cancer and the voice in your head will ask you "why couldn't you have done this sooner?!" Whilst our inner critic can be useful at times to challenge reckless behaviour or unrealistic optimism, it is important to know when to listen and when to tell it to S.T.F.U!
